Important notes

• There is no conference participation fee (for presenters and accompanying people).
• The tours on the last day of the conference are free of charge.
• The hotel next to the conference venue has been reserved for accommodation. The fees are below:

Accommodation Support for Participants**

• Our organizing committee will cover the cost of one night's accommodation for participants. The support amount is based on the nightly rate of a double room, which is set at 1,100 TL for Turkish participants and $60 for international participants.
• Participants opting for a single room will receive support equivalent to this amount, and any additional cost beyond this will be the participant’s responsibility.

** This exemption applies only to the author presenting the paper. Other co-authors (even if attending as listeners) are not eligible. To qualify for the hotel exemption, a paper must be presented.
