Guidelines for full text submission

1. Use the online submission system on the congress website icearc2025.glpmanager.com.tr. Submissions received by other means will not be considered. If you have any problems with the online submission, please get in touch with the Organizing Secretariat via info@glpmanager.com.
2. The deadline for submission is announced on the congress website on the Important Dates tab.
3. The language of the congress is English. All submissions must be prepared and presented in English. Authors are responsible for spelling and grammar checks.
4. Select the relevant field and subfield for the submission from the drop-down list in the submission.

When submitting the full text, you will be asked Unique ID which is given in the abstract submission stage. You can find it in the confirmation e-mail that the system sent to you. In preparation for the full text, you can make use of the template file. After submission, you will receive a confirmation E-mail.

Important Note: All submitted works should report original, previously unpublished research results. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Hence, plagiarism is unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
