Important Notice on Full Text Submission  

 

Dear Participants,  

For your full text submission to be considered in the ICEARC’25 Proceedings Book, it is mandatory to comply fully with the provided TEMPLATE FILE. Please ensure that your manuscript adheres to the following guidelines specifically:  

  • Citation and Reference Style: All in-text citations and the reference list must strictly follow the APA style.
  • Table and Figure Formatting: Tables and figures must be formatted exactly as specified in the template, and their captions should align with the given structure. 
  • Equation Formatting: Equations must be created using the Microsoft Word Equation Tool or MathType to ensure consistency.
  • General Formatting: The entire manuscript must fully comply with the template’s font type, sizes, heading styles, and page layout.  
  • Paragraph Spacing: There should be no extra line spacing between paragraphs except where explicitly defined in the template.  
  • Template Integrity: The logo, headers, footers, and any other elements in the template must not be altered, removed, or modified in any way. 
  • Use of Updated Template: Authors should ensure they are using the latest version of the template for their full text submission.
  • The official language of the conference is English. All submissions must be prepared and presented in English. Authors are responsible for spelling and grammar checks.
  • Please use the ICEARC'25 online submission system. Submissions received by other means will not be considered.

Please review your submission carefully before submitting to ensure full adherence to these formatting requirements. Thanks for your cooperation.  

 

When submitting the full text, you will be asked for the Unique ID, which is given in the abstract submission stage. You can find it in the confirmation e-mail that the system sent to you. After submission, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

 

Important Note: All submitted works should report original, previously unpublished research results. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Hence, plagiarism is unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
